Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-01

myrestos is a one-time purchase of downloadable source code. This policy explains when you can get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Cancellation

There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel after you buy. You can cancel an order at any time before payment is completed by simply closing the checkout.

2. Digital content and your right to withdraw

The code is delivered immediately after payment and can't be returned once downloaded. When you buy, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to withdraw once delivery starts, including the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK. For this reason, all sales are final, except in the cases below.

3. When you'll get a full refund

We don't offer refunds for a change of mind, not having time to set it up, problems caused by your changes to the code or by third-party services (such as Supabase, Vercel or payment providers), features that were never described on the Website, or License termination for breach.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with your order ID from your Dodo Payments receipt and a short explanation. We'll reply within 48 hours and decide within 7 business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued in full by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, including any tax charged. They normally reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We can't refund currency conversion or bank fees charged by your own bank.

6. After a refund

When you are refunded, your License ends and you must stop using the code and delete all copies, including any deployment built with it.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; we're usually much faster. If a chargeback is raised, your License is suspended while it's resolved and ends if the payment is reversed.

8. Your statutory rights

This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, including India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Contact and grievances
